The Wired Datalogger measures temperature, relative humidity and differential pressure, displays them continuously on a capacitive touchscreen, raises local audible and visual alarms against configurable limits, and reports every value, status flag and alarm to a supervisory system over RS485 using Modbus RTU.

All configuration — alarm setpoints and limit modes, calibration offsets, buzzer behaviour, device address, location tag and real-time clock — is held in non-volatile memory and can be written by the supervisory system. Configuration writes are validated as a set and applied atomically, so a value that fails validation leaves the previous configuration fully intact. Readings are corrected by the stored calibration offsets at the moment of acquisition, so the value on the panel, the value that trips an alarm and the value read over Modbus are always the same number.

Per-parameter alarm limit modes — Range, NLT only, NMT only or Off, so a one-sided specification is configured and displayed exactly as written.
Non-maskable sensor fault alarms — two fault alarms that no configuration can suppress.
Validity flag for every parameter — a faulted sensor is never mistaken for a stable reading.
Configurable audible alarm — 0 to 254 second pre-alarm delay, silenced locally by operator acknowledgement.
Modbus RTU slave at 115200 baud — device address set from the touchscreen.
Real-time clock with validity flag — set from the supervisory system, so an untrustworthy timestamp is reported rather than silently used.
Configuration retained across power loss — everything is held in non-volatile memory.
Headless operation — if the display fails, sensing, alarming and Modbus communication continue and the condition is reported.

The variant is set by the supervisory system and stored in non-volatile memory. A parameter that a variant does not include is never measured, reports zero with its validity flag cleared, and can never raise an alarm.

Choose wired for permanent installations, room pressure cascades and differential pressure monitoring, local alarming at the point of use, or areas where wireless is restricted.
